1. Returns Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Only items purchased directly from Stylestoreby Neha are eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made dresses
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or alteration
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you with the return shipping process.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except for defective or wrong items.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for size or color variations, subject to availability.
