  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Only items purchased directly from Stylestoreby Neha are eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made dresses
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or alteration

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will guide you with the return shipping process.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
